Calaway was conceived in Houston, Texas, the child of Frank
Compton Calaway (kicked the bucket July 22, 2003) and Betty Catherine Truby. He

Calaway wedded his second spouse, Sara, in St. Petersburg, Florida on July 21,
2000. In 2001, Sara showed up with the WWE (at that point known as the WWF) as
